Client Discovery and Health Check: We set up an initial meeting to review and discuss your issues and goals.

Business and Strategic Plan: This is the project management phase. We establish a timetable where we work with the client to perform a deeper analysis, problem solving issues and project manage the development of a roadmap and a business plan.

Monthly Review Meetings: After the business has developed a roadmap, goals and actions and solved initial roadblocks, we move to monthly review meetings.
